Our local delivery service within Malta & Gozo, ensures your order arrives within 3-5 business days for a flat fee of €5.50.

For international orders, packages typically arrive within 7-11 business days. The flat shipping fee may vary depending on the country, but we will always keep it fair and transparent.

We take care to process and deliver/ship your items promptly so you can enjoy a smooth shopping experience and ensure that they are delivered to your door with care. Should any unforeseen delays occur, one is encouraged to contact our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Whenever possible, we combine items from multiple orders placed by the same customer into one shipping package to streamline the delivery process.

It is also important to keep in mind that we only operate from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Therefore, if for example an order is placed on a Friday, its production process will officially begin the following Monday.
